Children's Clothes Bank

The North Cotswold Rotary club’s role within the community is to directly address the needs of the local communities.    We believe it is essential we support families in need, especially those facing financial hardships who may struggle to afford clothes for their children, particularly as kids grow quickly.   

 

The clothes bank will be a crucial resource, helping to reduce the financial burden as not all families can afford new or even second-hand clothes.  A children’s clothes bank ensures children have access to basic clothing.

 

The new initiative also promotes sustainability.  By reusing and redistributing children’s clothing, a clothes bank helps reduce the environmental impact of textile waste.  Clothing is kept out of landfills and given a second life.
